Our Strength class is designed to help you master the big three compound lifts — deadlifts, squats, and overhead press — while improving your mobility, stability, and control. This results-driven class combines progressive overload, functional movement patterns, and expert coaching to help you: - Build lean muscle - Increase full-body strength - Boost joint mobility and movement quality - Improve posture, control, and lifting mechanics Each session focuses on proper technique and mobility-focused warmups and cooldowns to support healthy, sustainable progress. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned lifter, this class is built to help you move well, lift safely, and feel strong in — and outside — the gym.
