Our Strength class focuses on the big three lifts - deadlifts, squats, and overhead press, combining progressive overload, functional movement, and expert coaching to build strength, muscle, and better movement. You’ll improve mobility, posture, and lifting technique through structured sessions with mobility-led warm-ups. Whether you’re new to lifting or more experienced, this class helps you train safely, move well, and feel strong in and out of the gym.
