Fitcamp is our signature high-intensity functional fitness class built for real-world performance — perfect for anyone training for HYROX or looking to level up their strength, speed, and endurance. Each session combines strength circuits, cardio bursts, and functional movements that mirror the demands of hybrid fitness. Expect sleds, ski ergs, lunges, wall balls and more. Scalable for all levels but designed to push your limits, Fitcamp helps you build grit, power, and confidence — one sweat-dripping session at a time.
